The client�s environment far outweighs the basic description of the position or its remuneration. A successful Staffing Firm understands the client�s history, culture, mission, current and expected market position, and its strategy for achieving its goals.
Develop a viable job description
We will work with the owner, hiring managers and/or HR to develop a detailed job description paying special attention to both soft and hard skills. Separating wish lists from primary needs of the position and consulting on fair market compensation.
Guide client as to availability
Take on a consultative approach with the client and jointly evaluate the market for the required talent.
Make realistic deliverable commitments
Contingency Search
The search is performed as part of our regular business day without exclusivity to the client nor applicant. All pre-negotiated fees are due upon Candidate start at client location.
Retained Search
The search is performed exclusively on behalf of the client, based on mutually agreed upon job description. A pre-negotiated fee is due in agreed upon increments with pre-established deliverables.
Right-to-Hire
This process has been proven to be extremely successful in giving both the applicant and employer an opportunity to work together before any commitments are made to one another. The applicant starts as a consultant for a pre-determined timeframe. At the end of that timeframe an offer may or may not be made and/or accepted. A negotiated consulting fee is paid as well as a turnover fee should the applicant join the client's staff.
Consulting
All services of the applicant are provided on either an hourly or professional day basis for a pre-determined timeframe.
